First, carefully pack the product to prevent damage during transport.

This information will help us quickly identify your case and ensure a smooth and efficient resolution of your claim.

After carefully packing the product, simply take it to any Packeta pickup point. This service is completely free of charge! Just provide the staff at the pickup point with the special code: 999 999
This way, you can process your claim quickly and without any shipping costs. ✅
⏱️ 3. Claim Processing
We always aim to process claims as quickly as possible, usually on the same day we receive the claimed product. Depending on the nature of the issue, the product will be:
- repaired,
- replaced with a new item,
- or refunded.

If your bicycle is equipped with a Shimano drivetrain, the process is even easier – any of the thirteen Shimano Service Centers (SSC) in Slovakia can repair and properly adjust all Shimano components on your bicycle.
Simply bring your bicycle to an SSC location, and a mechanic will be happy to assist you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to keep your bicycle in perfect condition.
