- Do not use wheels with rim brakes. These wheels are designed exclusively for use with disc brakes. They do not support rim brakes.
- Check that the axle release lever does not interfere with the disc brake rotor even when it is fully engaged. If the axle release lever is on the side of the disc brake rotor, it can interfere with the disc brake rotor, which is dangerous. If it interferes with the disc brake rotor, stop using it immediately and contact the place of purchase or distributor.
Disc brake rotor
- Check the method of using the axle release lever. Improper use of the axle release lever can cause the wheel to fall off, etc. and can lead to serious injury.
- These wheels can only be used in combination with a special front fork or E-THRU. Combinations with a different front fork or hub axle can cause the wheel to fall off while riding the bike and lead to serious injury.
- Follow the instructions in the front fork manual when connecting the front wheel to the front fork. Depending on the type of front fork used, the locking method and tightening torque for the front wheel may differ. Improper handling handling can cause the front wheel to fall off and lead to serious injury.
WARNING
- When using a puncture repair agent, contact the place of purchase or distributor.
- If you are going to use a Tubeless Ready tire that must be used in conjunction with sealant, use the sealant recommended by the tire manufacturer.
ˆ Warm-up time
- Disc brakes have certain warm-up time and the braking force gradually increases as the warm-up time continues. Be sure to avoid any such increases in braking force while using the brakes during the warm-up period. The same thing happens when the brake pads or rotor are replaced.
